Welcome to Even Worthavelle. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement entered into between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Even Worthavelle ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our analytical interfaces, automated computation tools, software applications, websites, and related algorithmic calculation services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our related Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue your access to the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence (e.g., 18 or 19 years old in Canada, depending on the province), possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and are not barred from using algorithmic or financial software under any applicable laws or regulatory sanctions.

2. Nature of Platform and Services

Even Worthavelle provides quantitative modeling utilities, data analysis, automated algorithmic execution parameters, and computational frameworks designed to assist users in assessing market trends and executing predetermined transaction logic. You explicitly understand and agree that:

  • Even Worthavelle is a software provider and financial technology platform; it is not a registered investment advisor, asset manager, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
  • No content, calculation, analytical model, or alert generated by the Platform constitutes personal financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
  • All automated calculations, signals, and simulated returns are hypothetical and intended solely for informational and algorithmic workflow execution.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access specific advanced features of the Platform, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to maintain its accuracy over time. You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your access credentials, cryptographic keys, and two-factor authentication tokens. You agree to accept liability for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

In using Even Worthavelle, you agree to comply with all applicable local, provincial, federal, and international laws and regulations. You shall not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the underlying source code or mathematical models of the software.
  • Deploy automated scrapers, web spiders, or denial-of-service tools against our infrastructure.
  • Utilize the Platform to conduct money laundering, terrorist financing, illicit market manipulation, or sanctions evasion.
  • Misrepresent your identity, location, or regulatory status to gain unauthorized system access.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, including but not limited to its proprietary algorithms, interfaces, graphics, source code, data architectures, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Even Worthavelle or its licensors. Except for the limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license granted to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms, no rights or titles are transferred to you.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Even Worthavelle, its corporate affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall under no circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, capital losses, data loss, network outages, or unauthorized third-party access, arising out of your utilization of or inability to access the Platform.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or controversy arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding arising hereunder shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts sitting in the judicial district of Montréal, Canada.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Platform following the publication of changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.
